Who We Are

Anderson Niswander Construction is a General Engineering and Building Contractor operating in the Bay Area since 1990.

The company is family owned and operated by Sherry Niswander and Thomas Anderson. Thomas holds an engineering degree and MBA. 

We specialize in residential seismic retrofit, commercial seismic retrofit, foundation repairs and drainage works.

We are fully insured with General Liability Insurance, Workman’s Compensation Insurance, and Contractor’s State License Bond.

We are listed by the Association of Bay Area Governments as Certified Seismic Contractors.

Community outreach activities include pro-bono contracting for regional open space organizations, participation in local disaster preparedness programs and technical advisory work to local city governments.
