Who We Are

Anderson Niswander Construction is a family owned company, operated by Tom Anderson and Sherry Niswander.  Tom holds an engineering degree and an MBA.  We are fully insured with General Liability Insurance, Workman's Compensation Insurance and a Contractor's State License Bond.  Seismic retrofit has been our speciality since 1989.

We are listed by the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) as Certified Seismic Contractors.
